Based on the role and context, we conduct focused market mapping to identify relevant talent pools. Our sourcing approach is research-led and targeted, allowing us to reach candidates who are well-aligned, including passive talent.

Candidate Evaluation & Shortlisting
Candidates are assessed on experience, capability, intent, and cultural alignment. Only profiles that meet the agreed criteria are shared, along with clear insights and honest feedback to support decision-making.

Interview Coordination & Stakeholder Alignment
We manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and feedback loops to ensure momentum is maintained. Where required, we facilitate alignment between hiring managers and candidates to address expectations on both sides.

Offer Management & Negotiation Support
Once a finalist is identified, we actively support the offer process. This includes managing expectations, assisting with compensation discussions, and helping navigate negotiations in a balanced and professional manner. Our role is to ensure alignment between client intent and candidate expectations, while protecting long-term success rather than short-term closure.

Post-Offer Engagement & Joining Assurance
Between offer acceptance and joining, we remain closely engaged with the candidate to minimize drop-offs. This includes regular check-ins, expectation management, and addressing concerns that may arise during the notice period. This structured post-offer engagement significantly improves joining ratios and reduces last-minute surprises.

Post-Joining Follow-Through
Our involvement continues beyond joining. We conduct post-joining follow-ups to ensure smooth onboarding and early integration, closing the loop on the hiring process.
